Kiran Global Chems Limited:
Kiran
Global Chems Limited, which started with the manufacture of a single
product Sodium Silicate for making detergents, has increased
manufacturing quantities multifold through its several manufacturing units.
The Industrial usage in various applications has also widened. The
3,00,000 tonnes mark has been touched to become the largest
manufacturers of sodium silicate in India and that has been achieved
through the network of 32 manufacturing units spread across
India. Subsequently, the product range expanded to include other chemical
intermediaries for detergent manufacture. The industrial usage in
various applications has also widened the versatility of the products that were
aggressively marketed ending to their usage in several other
industries like -Building & Construction, Paper, Foundries, Paints, Ceramics,
Candles, Textiles to name a few. The current installed capacities of
other products manufactured are 10,000 tonnes of LABSA and 25,000
tonnes of Potassium Silicate.
Quality Initiatives:
The M.S. Jain
Group has earned the status of a leader in the industry because of the
strict adherence to quality policies. The state of the art facilities
along coastal towns and easy access to ports. Every unit is complete
with laboratory facilities and equipped with warehouses, administrative
machinery, and quality assurance laboratories and geared to scale up
for large quantity requirements. Technically trained personnel assess
all products entering or exiting a unit. Codes for recording data have
been implemented with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
tests conducted to ensure batch to batch and unit to unit consistency.
Products traded are procured from internationally reputed vendors
having the necessary quality certifications such as SGS. Built on a
legacy of trust, the largest buyers are amongst the most reputed
finished product manufacturers in the country and around the world.The
company has a customer profile that includes companies like Hindustan
Uni Lever Limited (India), Schlumberger (USA), MI Drilling (USA), ESAB
(Germany), Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited (KMML), Proctor &
Gamble India Limited (P&G), National Aluminium company Limited
(NALCO), Henkel India, Hindustan Newsprint Limited (Kerala) and BASF
just to name a few and the list goes on.
Business Operations:
The
Phenomenal success of the M.S.Jain Group should be credited to the
attention paid by the management to develop all important logistic
network for business operations. The manufacturing units, along with
warehouse facilities, are established in port towns and are connected
to the market by a sizeable fleet of trailers.
Each Manufacturing
facility has been treated as a strategic Business unit, operating on a
several revenue model. Approximately 600 metric tonnes of chemicals are
being transported to over 250 towns in India, traversing an average
distance of about 20,000 Kms in a day, spread over 25 cities in India.
The
company has a completely owned manufacturing unit for production of 25,000
M.T./P.A. of Sodium Silicate (Liquid) in U.A.E and 50,000 M.T./P.A
production facilities in Egypt.
